Arthur R. Cressman, Jr.

Chief Executive Officer
Art is the founder of Cressman Tubular Products Corporation, having served in the OCTG distribution industry since 1978. From conservative roots growing up in Kansas, Art has a long tradition in supplying quality products at competitive prices directly to the end user, and has instilled the values of integrity, commitment, and trust as hallmarks of Cressman Tubular while serving customers worldwide. Art is an eight year United States Navy veteran and enjoys flying his plane, both for business & pleasure.


Ryan Zinke

Director

Secretary Ryan Zinke is a fifth-generation Montanan with deep family roots across the state. After service as Montana’s sole Representative in the United States House and distinguished military career of more than two decades as a U.S. Navy SEAL and Commander at SEAL Team SIX, Ryan Zinke served his nation as Secretary of the Interior under President Donald Trump. His focus has always been on service to his community, state and country and this is evident in the various roles he has taken on in his life. Since leaving his post at the Department of the Interior, he now lends his expertise to various private sector companies with a primary focus on American Energy Dominance.

Secretary Zinke is married to his wife Lola and they have raised three children: two boys, Wolfgang and Konrad, and a daughter Jennifer. They are also proud grandparents to two wonderful granddaughters.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and in our nationís National Parks.


Artie Cressman

Director of USA Sales
Artie currently manages business growth in west Texas, the Dakotas, and the Rocky Mountain region. He has a strong knowledge of supply chain optimization & logistics management. He was directly involved with implementing Quality Management Systems for BMW North America and has also worked for Honda and Delta Air Lines. He is also a published author of several articles relating to executive recruitment. He is married with one daughter. In his spare time Artie is an avid car enthusiast & autocross participant.


James Van Lare

Director
James Van Lare is an entrepreneur and consultant that has a diverse background that ranges from political fundraising, government affairs, and oil & gas energy services. He currently runs a boutique consulting and strategy firm focused on business development, government relations and private capital fundraising. James works with companies in the construction and engineering, defense, oil and gas chemicals, and the midstream space. James will use his vast background to assist Cressman Tubular in expanding its customer relations and overall market footprint in the Texas marketplace.

In addition to his consulting business, James is also the co-founder of a petro-chemical and fuel supply company that provides diesel, methanol and other specialty petro-chemicals to E&P and dredging companies in the Gulf of Mexico as well as the U.S. Government. At the beginning of his career, James worked in politics as a fundraising consultant for state and national campaigns and committees. James graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and currently resides in Dallas with his wife Jane and son Lincoln.


Vanessa Guthrie

Manager of Operations
Vanessa has been with Cressman Tubular since 2001 and has made her ascent from a member of the administrative team to currently overseeing many operational aspects of the business. Vanessa manages the logistics, inventory control, and purchasing areas of the company. She enjoys working with both the customer base and marketing staff. When not at work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with family, playing with her dogs, cooking and gardening.


Phil Owens

Regional Sales Manager
Phil manages Key Accounts in Oklahoma, West Texas, and the Rocky Mountain area. He has considerable sales and sales management experience with Xerox, 3M, Baker International, and Hughes Tool Company. He is past Chairman of the OKC API Chapter and served as Chairman for the 2013 SPE Production and Operations Symposium. He has also served on the board of both the OKC API Chapter and OKC Section since 1989. Phil and his wife Peggy have three adult sons and eight grandbabies. They enjoy family time with all of them, as well as traveling.


J.Ross Lacy

Manager of Key Accounts
J.Ross manages Key Accounts in West Texas, Southeast New Mexico and south Texas. He is a fourth generation oilman with experience in all aspects of the oil and gas industry. J.Ross continues to serve on the Midland City Council and is also a member of numerous local and state professional organizations. In January 2016 he was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to serve on the Texas Aerospace and Aviation Committee. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hunting or spending time at his family ranch.


Britton Butts

Manager of Key Accounts
Britton manages key accounts in west Texas. He has been in the Permian Basin pipe business for 11 years. He has experience in logistics, inside sales, procurement, and in the yard. Britton was born and raised in Midland, TX and has developed personal relationships with engineers, field personnel, and suppliers. Britton, his wife Dori, and their two boys enjoy living in Midland. In his spare time Britton enjoys spending time with his family and hunting at his family's ranch.


Jeffrey Cook

Accounting and Finance Manager
Jeff manages the accounting functions of Cressman Tubular and its subsidiaries. He also maintains the Human Resource functions and other aspects of company recordkeeping. Jeff has a background in oil and gas accounting with additional experience in retail, professional sports, hospitality, and manufacturing. He spent the previous 15 years building the accounting department of a top 100 private U.S. Oil & Gas E&P company. Jeff lives in Carrollton, TX with his dog Magick and enjoys golfing, playing tennis, and fly fishing in the Western U.S. whenever possible.
